Successfully move through the experience of divorce before, during and after the process unfolds.

Meet Kathie Hart, Divorce Coach

Certified Paralegal

After retiring from my thirty-year career as a family law paralegal, I turned my attention toward working with women going through divorce.

I’ve been through the process myself, and I remember the ups, downs, twists and turns as if they were yesterday.

Thankfully, my career in and around legal circles—along with loyal support from friends and colleagues—made the process bearable, the challenges surmountable and the future ahead desirable.

Now, as a formally trained coach with firsthand experience in divorce, I am informed, equipped, confident and ready to help you move through every step of the process. I cannot offer legal advice, but I will listen carefully to what’s important to you, respect your wishes, ease your fears and inspire hope.

Together, we will close old chapters and rewrite new ones so that life ahead looks exactly as you want it to be.

And then, we will celebrate when you land on your feet.

Coaching Services for Women

Divorce is a life-changing event. It’s an emotional rollercoaster that’s often overwhelming and almost always disruptive. You need not experience it alone, so I am committed to helping you get through it.

Coaching is a smart way to:

  • Alleviate confusion, loneliness and vulnerability;
  • Gain clarity about yourself and your goals;
  • Redirect your mindset away from negativity toward a positive outlook and exciting pursuits;
  • Determine, set and honor your boundaries;
  • Recognize patterns and habits that don’t serve you and make new choices and establish new routines that do;
  • Learn to accept and love yourself and your new life as you move forward.

Single, Weekly and Monthly Sessions Are Available

Coaching Support for Attorneys

Because divorce is typically an emotionally charged event, clients often reach out to you for support and comfort. Their needs are understandable, but they can steal your focus away from legal matters and consume retainer fees for services outside the scope of law.

Delegating a coaching resource is a smart way to:

  • Free up your time to focus on the legal mechanics of divorce;
  • Align clients with a resource who can help them manage emotions so that they make clear decisions;
  • Partner with a trained coach who can help make sure that retainer fees are used to expedite resolution, which saves time, energy and money.

As a family law paralegal for 30 years, I know the ins and outs of the divorce process firsthand. As a coach, I am trained to support clients every step of the way.

If you are a woman dealing with any phase of divorce, then I invite you to draw from my experience and knowledge for encouragement amidst uncertainty and comforting support when emotions run high.

If you are an attorney who needs support for a client right now, or who wishes to explore an ongoing alliance, then I encourage you to reach out.
